The Braised Short Rib are very tender and cooked well. I had to add candied yams to finish it off. It was awesome! Definitely will be ordering more food from there. I would describe it as a high class soul food place.

I expected better for the price. The sausage was cut down into fourths of a slice, sauce was loose, the only crab meat was in the crab. According to the description it has crab meat in it, this dish was only topped with a fried crab cluster none in the dish itself.

Tasty, but for the price, definitely not enough food - my opinion is for $19, this should be a pint (or twice the size of
This container). Satisfying sizes of chicken, quality noodles, and scarcely any carrot pieces. The cheese chicken quality should remain the same, but diced a bit smaller so that they're even w the plentiful pieces of onions. Also, perhaps a shorter noodle, so that the size is also on par with the chicken and onions - basically allowing for a bit of all ingredients in every soup-spoonful.
Lastly, a piece of cornbread (or a roll or something w that absorbency) is a much better complement than the crackers.
Minus 2 stars because the quantity does not match the price.

$16 for this portion of Black Eyed Peas w/ smoked turkey is insannnne but my crazy tail self would do it again and again it was just so good and so was th Single Pork Chop!

I ordered the Waffles, Southern Fried Catfish and Cajun Crab Cakes
The waffles were so fluffy and soft not dense and hard. However, for the price I expected 2 waffles. I received one cut into 4 cute triangles. I would still order this again though.
The crab cakes were ok but the sauce made them very good. The 2 ounce container was half full of sauce and the full 2 ounces was needed.
Catfish was sooooo bomb. It was fried just right and seasoned to perfection. The app doesn't give the option for tarter sauce and none came with it. That would've been nice to have. I'm Pescatarian and I eat a lot of fish and seafood. There is no seafood place in Dallas seasoning the fried Catfish and shrimp like they are. I'll branch out one day and try it grilled or another preparation. You definitely will not be disappointed! I received 2 nice size pieces and the quality of the fish was good too.
Overall very good job on everything this time around. I love the consistent food that I've been receiving lately.
